	In this section we are dealing with a problem quite unforeseen when the project was started 6 years ago. We were told by many that "vested interests" would try to prevent the use of small solar panels but we had no idea that even when shown that a simple AFFORDABLE technique was available, few of those in developing countries would be interested! So, rather reluctantly, we have become involved in finding ways of encouraging enterprise - meaning taking the initiative, taking responsibility for ones fate!
	Here we concentrate on starting a very small enterpise initially limited to assembling DIY Solar panels for powering small radios. The 'technical' side is dealt with on that page. Here we go into all the steps involved in getting something started.
